Foundation Board Members
Meet the Open Arms Care Foundation Board Members
Howard (Tony) A. Randall
“The members of the Foundation are devoted to raising funds to support the otherwise unfunded needs of every client of Open Arms Care. I am pleased that almost 100 percent of every dollar donated goes to support client needs. Another outstanding facet is the cooperation of the Board members and the wonderful Open Arms Care staff in all fund raising events. Their hard work makes it all possible.” – Tony Randall
