Paid time off and paid holidays
Paid time off and paid holidays are available to eligible employees in accordance with OAC policy. These benefits support work-life balance and overall employee wellness.
Multiple shift options
Team members can choose from multiple shift options based on availability and need.
Bonus programs
Eligible full-time and part-time employees who have achieved five (5) years of employment with OAC will receive a Longevity Incentive Bonus.
Tuition reimbursement
OAC supports employee education and professional development through its Tuition Assistance Program, which partially reimburses eligible employees for approved coursework. Eligibility begins after six (6) months of continuous full-time employment or one (1) year of continuous part-time employment.
Nursing Education
The Nursing Education Program will provide financial assistance through either tuition reimbursement or student loan repayment to nursing employees who are selected through a formal application process.
